 Prayer Captain – Works closely with Jeff, Tricia, Allison and
other church staff to engage the church body in praying for WOW!
Prayer Team – YOU! - begin NOW praying and praising on a
regular basis for the needs and victories of WOW 2008. Prayer request and praise reports will be available from the prayer team captain.
Set Design/Construction – begin NOW – Need help building sets for 5 Bible
Story/Drama/Music Rooms and Sanctuary and Hallways
Team Leader:
Welcome/Registration/Attendance Team – Greet people at each of the entrance doors,
register visitors and assist them in finding their classrooms, collect and record attendance each evening.
Preschool Teachers – Birth – 5 yr olds – need 54 people! - see Tricia for curriculum and plans
Team Leader:
Children's "Island Guides" – K-5th grade – need 96 people! – Does opening time, takes
attendance for class, guides and assists children on their rotation schedule.
Team Leader:
Bible Study Teachers – 5 teams, 1 lead Bible Teacher on each team will partner with the Drama
& Music team to tell the Bible story and teach the Biblical concept and life application each
night. Story will be repeated 3 different times to a group of 24-30 children each time. (30 mins each)
Team Leader:
Drama Team – need 10-15 people – 5 teams of 2-3 people who will work with the Music Leader
and Bible Study Teacher to dramatize the story. Drama will be repeated 3 different times to a group of 24-30 children each time.
Team Leader:
Music and Praise Team – 5 teams of two people will partner with the Bible Teacher and Drama
Team to teach Bible truths through music and praise motions to a group of 24 -30 children 3 different times each night. (30 mins each)
Team Leader:
Recreation Team – 5 teams of four people will lead indoor and outdoor games to a group of 24
-30 children 3 different times each night. (30 mins each)
Team Leader:
Craft Team – 5 teams of 6 people will work to prepare, set-up and teach Biblical truths each
night to a group of 12-15 children 3 different times. (30 mins each)
Crafts Team Leaders:
Snack Team – Teams will work to prepare, set-up and serve snacks while teaching the Bible
Truths to children each night after the group finishes their recreation time.
Snack-Foods Team Leaders:
Sunday Night Supper Team – Plan, prepare and serve the meal Sunday afternoon during the
WOW Kickoff
