What is Upward?
Upward Unlimited is a national children's sports program designed to give children and their families a positive sports experience by partnering with local churches to promote character, self esteem, and salvation through sports ministries.  The purpose of Upward is to recognize the winner in every child by offering a non-competitive, non-threatening environment where every participant gets equal playing time. Every child will receive an award following each game to recognize a positive contribution he or she made that day. All children who participate will also receive a special award at the end of the season during a special awards ceremony. 
Our 2013-2014 season will be for grades Kindergarten through 6th grade

Basketball shorts are included in the registration cost.

The cost per child for cheerleading is TBA
Cheerleading mock turtlenecks are optional at a cost of $12

Payment Plans and partial scholarships are available! (use paper registration form)

EVALUATIONS AND ORIENTATIONS:
Everyone must attend one basketball evaluation or cheerleading orientation.
They will take place at the Pleasant Garden Baptist Church
