On June 16th – 20th we are inviting ALL 7th and 8th grade students to an amazing week of Camp!
This camp is specifically designed for students who desire to go deeper in their relationship with GOD! Our camp theme is UNLEASH – Sola Scriptura! Sola
Scriptura comes from the Latin phrase meaning "by Scripture alone". It was one of the five foundational, doctrinal principles during the Reformation that Protestants stood by while defining their theological beliefs. Sola
Scriptura means that Scripture alone is our authority because it has come from God (1 Thessalonians 2:13). Scripture is our teacher and thus, sufficient for life and godliness (2 Timothy 3:16-17). Your students will learn about the uniqueness of the authority of the Bible and the effect it has as the authority in their lives. Our desire is that students will engage God's Word and understand the doctrine of Sola
Scriptura as a defining belief in their walk with the Lord!
Students will also be UNLEASHED by helping in decision making and planning for the upcoming
student ministry year at PGBC! This will be a life changing week as we join hundreds other students from all over the country at Camp Cooper in Summerton, SC!
